Shelyazhenko Oksana - was born in 1977. Higher musical education.

She is a laureate of many international competitions:
- 1993 - second prize on the international contest in Belgorod (Russia);
- 1995 - diploma of the international contest of folk instruments in Chmelnitskiy (Ukraine);
- 1998 - third prize on the fifth international contest in Plovdiv (Bulgary);
- 1999 - second prize on the international contest of guitar duos in Pshemysl (Poland);
- 1999 - first prize on the international contest in Krynica (Poland);
- 2000 - second prize on the international contest of guitar duos in Bubenroit (Germany);
- 2001 - diploma of the international contest in Kutna Hora (Czech Republic).

She performed in many festivals in Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Byelorussia, Poland, Czech Republic, Yugoslavia.
