Co-sponsor is INTAS, Ministry of Ukraine for Education and Science.
The main objective of this International Conference(IC) is to address the key topics in superconductivity research which are emerging at the opening of the new millenium. These topics include novel superconducting materials, such as C60, MgB2, new materials with exotic pairing symmetry, such as ruthenates, and the possible mechanisms of high Tc cuprate superconductivity, such as magnetic fluctuations polarons or stripes. Also of interest are novel possible applications of superconductivity, such as phase or charge coherent devices for quantum computing. Vortex matter physics is also of great current interest. This International Conference will bring together experts in all of these fields of superconductivity, with plenty of time for in-depth discussions of these topics.
